Legendary Entertainment had intended to showcase not only Dune: Part Two but also provide fans with a first look at Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire during the now-canceled panel. The event would have included appearances by stars Dan Stevens, Rebecca Hall, and Brian Tyree Henry. While the specifics of this first look were not disclosed in the report, the ongoing strike has resulted in the cancellation of numerous San Diego Comic-Con panels.
